WORKING WITH THE W.H.O

MY LENS, THEIR STORY

Between 2008 and 2009 I worked with the World Health Organization on two separate assignments in four different countries documenting. Our job was to document life with multi-drug resistant tuberculosis; a highly infectious respiratory disease caused by a bacteria.  From Egypt to Pakistan; From Syria to Jordan; We traveled seeking patients, families, healthcare workers, and government officials. We witnessed their efforts, struggles, and successes; and we heard their stories. Below is a glimpse of this eye-opening experience.
